Sustainable Workshops

Across both Friday and Saturday.  The Expo will host a variety of workshops in the air-conditioned “Old Dining Room”.
Spaces are limited for workshops, so we advise you RSVP to avoid disappointment.


The expo will also host an artists space under behind the Grand Stand.

SLOW WEARING WELL including Wardrobe Edit, 90min session

Slow wearing concept, design and production. Wardrobe Edit session to talk about clothing, consumption and identity.

Recycled Rubbish House

Help decorate and construct a model 3 bedroom house. Made from cardboard escaping from recycling breifly from Challenge Tamworth.

This structure will represent the amount of landfill the average family makes in one year.


Critters, Crochet & Knitting

Bring along your baling twin, scraps and wool pieces and sit with the artists from TRAC.

Enjoy time crochet or knitting, or learn this skill. Join the artists in making cute critters from recycled twine and fabrics.
